Hong Kong ProServices Council is under the auspices of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), a fully independent statutory industrial organisation in Hong Kong. Unlike other groups, Hong Kong ProServices Council is a non-manufacturing group, majority of members are professionals in financial, legal and accounting fields. It has nearly 200 members with different professional background providing support for the industry.

Hong Kong ProServices Council aims to foster members' benefits and enhance their competitiveness through various channels and activities, while coherence and interaction amongst members can be enhanced and business networking platform can be built up; services are as follows:

1. To organise various activities to accommodate the needs and interests of the industry;

2. To reflect views and comments to China, Hong Kong and overseas government authorities effectively, with the objective to strive for the benefits of the industry;

3. To provide a cost-effective marketing platform and disseminate up-to-date information through the website;

4. Special rates are offered to members in various services offered by FHKI and Hong Kong ProServices Council , including the issuance of Certificate of Origin, Hong Kong Q-Mark accreditation and Intellectual Property Services. Members are also invited to join activities, inclusive of missions, visits, seminars and conferences organized by FHKI.
